Passenger mobility · Vancouver, BC

Every passenger deserves a clear path forward.

AeroAccess Services provides focused wheelchair and passenger-mobility support designed for safe handoffs, timely movement and accountable service at Vancouver International Airport.

Our capabilities

Built around the passenger journey.

We help aviation partners strengthen the points between check-in, security and the gate—where delays, unclear ownership and missed handoffs can have the greatest impact.

Wheelchair assistance

Attentive mobility support delivered with patience, dignity and a clear sense of urgency.

Passenger monitoring

Active oversight of waiting passengers so requests remain visible and delays can be escalated.

Rapid dispatch

Defined response expectations and backup coverage for changing passenger demand.

Coordinated handoffs

Communication across airline representatives, checkpoints and gates to support continuity.

Peak-period coverage

Focused staffing for the times and terminal areas where additional capacity matters most.

Performance reporting

Service records that help identify recurring delays, resource needs and improvement opportunities.

Operationally grounded

Experience inside the airport environment.

AeroAccess Services is led by DANIEL YOUNG and his team. Daniel is an airport security Operations Manager with over a decade of operational experience at YVR.

The team also includes personnel with D/A licences and TEVOP qualifications. Together, this first-hand understanding of terminal flow, checkpoint coordination and restricted-area procedures helps reduce the learning curve and supports practical service planning—subject to all required contracting, sponsorship and security approvals.

EXP

Over a decade of YVR knowledge

Familiarity with the airport’s operating environment and passenger flow.

TEAM

Airport-ready capabilities

Team members with D/A licences, TEVOP qualifications and experience in a complex, time-sensitive airport environment.

YVR

Locally focused

A service model developed around observed passenger-mobility needs at Vancouver International Airport.

A measurable starting point

Start with a focused pilot.

A limited Domestic South Checkpoint pilot can test coverage during defined peak periods, establish clear accountability and produce practical performance data before a broader service decision.
